To gain access to the ROCC online, it’s best to be invited by someone who already has Data Manager access so as to maintain the highest level of data security. That person will know you and that you are associated with the school.

They will also need to select Data Manager as one of the permissions associated with the invitation. More than likely you will also need the Assessment Approver role as this is required to approve assessments conducted by others.
