I am not receiving the two-step authentication email

The 2-step verification one time codes are sent out from no-reply@roccassessment.com.au address, with the subject “Two-step authentication”. Please check that you didn’t receive such email and double-check your spam folder.

Every time you input your correct credentials in the log in, a new 2-step code is generated. It is possible that you have requested more than one code in a short amount of time. Therefore by the time you entered the code, a different one was generated and the old one became invalid.

Secondly, please make sure not to close the log in window before entering the 2-step code. If you close the log in window, you will have to log in again to input the 2-step code, which in turn will generate a new 2-step code, rendering the previous one invalid. Instead, minimise your browser and copy the code from your email.

Sometimes messages are delayed because email client or email service provider is scanning messages before delivering them to you, so please add “@roccassessment.com.au”, as well as “no-reply@roccassessment.com.au” and to your address safe senders/trusted emails list.

If you still can’t log in, please wait around 15 minutes and try logging in again.
