ROCC Basic Training is available online and provides an introduction to the ROCC and detailed learning around all levels within the  10 scoring domains. Many find this training helps them to better understand their students or clients with communication challenges. 

This basic training is a required course for those managing ROCC within their organisation, or those approving assessments and group data. To get started, you can try the first lesson for free, or purchase a single user license. Multiple user training licenses for your school or organisation are also available.
