To protect your data, it’s important to remove user access as people leave your school or organisation.
If you haven’t done this recently, it might be a good time to go into Manage Organisation, and click on the Users button. Check that all of your active users are still current.
To remove a User, click on their name and select Delete User. They will still have access to the ROCC if they work for another organisation, but won’t be able to see the data for your participants without access via your organisation.
We also recommend using the same process to check the level of access for each user. Make sure you always have at least one (preferably 2) Data Managers and enough Assessment Approvers for your organisation.
